At Upsweat, we try to make sure your exercise clothing meets the best requirements of fit and performance. If something isn’t proper together along with your order, we’re right here to help.
1. Return Window
You may also request a go-back or refund within 14 days of the shipping date. After this period, we're not able to process any go-back or refund requests.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To provoke a go-back or refund, please contact our guide crew at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photo evidence (if applicable)
- Your favored resolution (alternative or refund)
Our crew will reply within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
3. Eligible Cases for Return & Refund
- Defective or Damaged Products
If your object arrives broken or with a production defect, we are able to cover the go-back delivery and provide a complete refund or alternative.
Timeframe to Report: Within 14 days of shipping.
Refund Issued: Within 3–5 commercial enterprise days after the return is acquired and inspected. - Wrong Product Received
Received the incorrect object? We’ll restore that properly. You can request an alternative at no greater fee or a complete refund.
Timeframe to Report: Within 14 days of shipping.
Refund Issued: Within 3–5 commercial enterprise days after the return is acquired. - Item Not Delivered
If your order has now no longer arrived within 7 commercial enterprise days of cargo, and monitoring indicates no movement, we are able to check out and either problem a reimbursement or reship the object.
Action Time: Report within 14 days from the anticipated shipping date.
Refund Issued: Within 3–5 commercial enterprise days if the order is deemed undeliverable. - Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may also cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

3. Refund Timeline
Once a go-back is acquired and inspected, or as soon as your case qualifies for a reimbursement without a go-back, your refund may be issued to the authentic charge approach within 3–5 business days. Please permit your financial institution time beyond regulation to process the transaction.
4. Important Notes
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in authentic condition with tags attached.
- We do now no longer receive returns after the 14-day go-back window.
- We do now no longer receive returns for objects that have been altered or used extensively.
